2. Product purpose
DroidLink is intended to help users control and manage their own Android or iPhone workflows from a desktop environment.
The product is not intended for unauthorized device access, surveillance or control of devices without permission.
3. License and access
Access to DroidLink may be provided through a free discovery tier, paid subscription, lifetime Founder license
or future commercial plans. Some features may depend on device compatibility, operating system limitations
and release availability.
4. Founder Access
Founder Access is a limited launch offer intended for early supporters. A Founder License may provide lifetime
access to eligible DroidLink releases, subject to technical compatibility, security requirements and product availability.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use DroidLink to access, control, copy, monitor or transfer data from devices you do not own
or are not authorized to manage. DroidLink must not be used for unlawful surveillance, coercion, stalking or data theft.

7. Limitation of liability
DroidLink is provided with the goal of reliable local-first operation, but no software can be guaranteed
