1. Free compatibility testing
DroidLink provides a Discovery tier so users can test basic compatibility, USB connection behavior and screen preview
before upgrading to paid access. We strongly recommend testing your device before purchasing.
2. Subscription refunds
Paid subscriptions may be eligible for review if a technical issue prevents the software from operating as expected
and the issue cannot be reasonably resolved through updates, troubleshooting or support guidance.
3. Founder Access
Founder Access is a limited launch offer. Because it may involve lifetime licensing, early access privileges and
manual payment verification, refund eligibility may depend on activation status, delivered access and the specific payment method used.
4. Stablecoin payments
USDT and USDC transactions are blockchain payments and may not be reversible once sent. Users are responsible for
selecting the correct network, verifying the destination address and sending the correct amount.
5. Non-refundable cases
Refunds may not be available for incorrect wallet network selection, incorrect transaction amount, user device incompatibility
after skipping the Discovery test, misuse of the software or requests made after access has been delivered and activated.

operating system and a clear description of the issue.
